Everybody would like to find the perfect holiday, Europe has several stunning destinations to offer. An example is Turkey which will soon join the European Union. Turkey is currently one of the most convenient and cheaper destinations to choose from. If you want to save money, you can take advantage of the favourable exchange rates on foreign currency. Foreign exchange rates can variate widely, the tip is to buy in advance the foreign currency, so you know how much you holiday is going to cost you. Currently ExchangeRates are quite favourable and this makes Turkey one of the best holiday destinations in the Mediterranean sea.
Turkey is certainly one of the most stunning destination in the Mediterranean region, rich of history and traditions. This is the right time to plan and book your holiday there. Planning in advance might give you access to good deals and discounts. There are breathtaking landscapes and miles of sandy beaches such as Butterfly Valley Beach (the only accessible by boat) or the impressive Kidrak Beach. Göcek, a small southern town in Mu?la’s Fethiye area, is a residential area mainly concentrated along the coastal line called Göcek Bay inside the Fethiye Gulf that is being rediscovered by many tourists for its natural beauty and great boating options. Surrounded by high mountains on three sides, Göcek is a unique, obscure retreat. Göcek has to offer to its visitors a number of marvelous bays and small islands, the most famous ones being Gobun or Ma?aral? Bay, Cleopatra Hamam?, and the Tersane and Yass? islands, located between Kap?da? Peninsula and the Göcek Gulf.
In addition, there is a wide range of OutdoorActivities that you can do in Turkey, from planning tennis, to playing golf. There is plenty to do for all the family members!
Furthermore, if you want to relax and make the most of your time there are hotels and resorts that now offer very competitive rates and all inclusive packages, as well as excellent service and comforts. Take a look at All Inclusive Holidays to Turkey, and start planning your holiday today!

For £200 it would be a miracle to find a city break for two, as a European break means two return flights, which even with a budget airline company will cost about £120 minimum.

Although Sardinia can be cheap depending on where you stay, the flights there will usually cover most of the £200 anyway. (Eurostar is also extremely expensive which i have never really understood.)

Alternatively, what you could do is drive yourselves to Paris or Rouen (which would be cheaper and close enough to visit Paris during the day). Taking the Eurotunnel will set you back about £70 each way, depending on the time and date you go through it.

Otherwise, you'll have to loosen the purse strings,

If not, somerset is quite nice this time of year.

Prague is great, just returned from there.

Krakow is also great.

both are very reasonably priced.

Prague, I rented a great condo, great location, large, see link. About US$135 per nite. But I next time, I would look into a condo on Castle Hill, as that is where I spent most of my time, and it's a tram ride or a long walk from the condo I rented, in Josefev (or something like that) just NE of the old town square. Talk to Jiri, he may have something else.
References :
Ji?í Pospíšil

For flights Ryanair + Easyjet are cheap.

Skyscanner also have good deals on flights too. So thats worth a try.

Travelsupermarket is good for everything (hotel, flights, insurance).

Lowcostbeds is good for rooms.

teletext, icelolly + otbeach are great sites for weekends away. I found a deal to spain 3 nights, all inclusive including hotel + flight £60 each.

Just goes to show you can get them if you look around.

Good look - I've heard Pragues beautiful.

TIP: Fly on weekdays it'll reduce the overall price drastically.

(for full links of all the things I've told you to check just search Google.)

Hope this helps.
References :
Regent Palace Hotel is right in the center and is cheap, but nice.

Otherwise, Priceline.com, travelocity.com, lastminute.com and expedia.com are places to start.
