What do you like? For good weather I'd suggest Valletta (Malta) or Gibraltar.

Either Florence or Rome here in Italy are usually good destinations in November. It's not so crowded as in the peak of summer, but everything that you're likely to want to see is open. If you go to Florence, there's an excellent truffle festival in San Miniato running over three weekends that is easy to get to on the train.

To get reasonable weather in November its going to have to be Southern Europe. I'd recommend Rome, Madrid, Lisbon, Seville or Granada.
